Moves |
|
Bite |
Biollante's
normal attack, the genetic monster will reach out and
bite with her giant fangs. This attack is the one that
majorly separates the creature from its rose form. However,
it also provides Biollante with an exploitable weakness:
move just out of Biollante's reach, and she will fruitlessly
attempt to bite Godzilla, allowing the player a free opportunity
to attack while remaining unharmed for a short while. |
|
Vine Stab |
Another
close range attack, Biollante uses one of its spear-shaped
vines to try and pierce Godzilla's hide. The move has
a few seconds of setup, with the vines rearing back, so
this move is easy to block. |
|
Radioactive Sap
Spray |
Biollante's
most lethal attack, and the one that stops players from
exploiting its Bite range, the genetic being will charge
up this attack before unleashing a stream of acid at Godzilla.
The attack will cause continual damage, if not blocked,
and will push Godzilla away from Biollante as well in
the process. |
|
Radioactive Sap
Bullet |
Occasionally,
the fanged vines will unleash a concentrated blast of
radioactive sap in the opponent's direction. |
|
Hyper Spray |
Similar
to its Radioactive Sap Bullet move, except the central
head fires off the shots and releases a stream of them
rather than one at a time. This move will only be performed
if Godzilla moves out of range of the Radioactive Sap
Spray. This move is deadly due to the fact that the blasts
can't be blocked, which, overall, encourages players to
stay relatively close to Biollante. |
|
Vine Grapple |
Biollante
doesn't often use this attack, but occasionally she will
just reach out with one of her vines and begin to constrict
Godzilla. |
|
Submerged
Grapple |
One
of Biollante's more common means of attack, ever so often
the earth below Godzilla will burst open as numerous vines
will reach out to constrict the King of the Monsters.
Unlike other grapples, this move can simply be blocked
to avoid being caught in the vines' grasp, although Godzilla
will take a small bit of damage with this method. |
