ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, it'll suck, but I'm giving it to Orga. He can use the UFO to distract long enough to climb out of sinkholes and the regen should make the death beam easy to avoid for a while, especially if the UFO acts as a sacrificial lamb for a bit.

Maga Grand King is gonna be tearing Orga apart, with the latter not able to do much in retaliation. However, the UFO carries its master through a fight once again, because I don’t think MGK can actually harm it in the air besides the using the shockwave move, and the UFO can definitely handle a few of those thrown its way and can stay out of its range and still do damage. Which just leaves it to whittle away at him until he finally goes down.

Maga Grand King has the power to win against either foe in a one-on-one setting, but given Orga and the UFO's efficientness as a team, Team Millennian has an advantage. Plus, given Maga Grand King's robotic wiring, there's a chance the UFO might be able to hack into him. Overall, Orga's regeneration + the UFO's firepower nets my vote. Winners: Orga and the UFO
