How to Play

After placing a bet, the slots will roll to determine if any winning combinations are met. By pressing the same bet button twice, the slots will stop and give the results. This does not serve a tactically advantage (although does save time), unless a Monster Island slot is rolled. If a Monster Island slot is rolled, the slots will drastically slow down their spin, allowing the player to try and time the rolls of the remaining slots.

Winnings are determined by matching the same slots horizontally, generally regardless of vertical position. The diagram below shows an example of five Gigan slots that are diagonal.

The game is forgiving in terms of winning rolls, and there are many combinations that can win as long as the same slot appears in the Slot 1, Slot 2 and Slot 3 line. Any three matching icons that are rolled in this way count as a win. Anything more than three starts to greatly add to the winning credits.

Below is a diagram of all possible payline combinations. Although both boards when Multi-Play is enabled are treated separately in terms of deciding a payout, please note that they may be combined if the player manages to get a winning run that travels from one board all the way into the next.

Characters

Godzilla

Godzilla
Height: 80 meters
Mass: 50,000 tons

Version:
As he appears in Godzilla vs. Biollante (1989), although with a deep shade of green rather than the normal gray tone.

Role:
Godzilla is the main character of the game. He has second highest scoring icon on the slots, will participate in Wild rolls and the player will directly control Godzilla during the bonus rounds. In addition, following the conclusion of a bonus round, Godzilla will fire his atomic ray as part of an "atomic win" to tabulate the final points. Finally, the game also has a randomly occurring "Godzilla feature" that will turn 5 to 20 slots across both boards into Wild slots.

Mechagodzilla

Mechagodzilla
Height: 60 meters
Mass: 40,000 tons

Version:
Kiryu is used, with a design closer to Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla (2002) but with powers from Godzilla: Tokyo S.O.S. (2003); however, the character has the Showa series roar.

Role:
Mechagodzilla is the main antagonist of the game. Kiryu has the third highest scoring icon on the slots and will fight Godzilla in the Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla bonus game, where Godzilla faces off trying to get better slot rolls than Kiryu. The mech also appears in clips while the slot machine is idle, although footage is of the Heisei series Mechagodzilla from Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla II (1993).

Mothra

Mothra
Wingspan: 135 meters
Mass: 15,000 tons

Version:
The Heisei series Mothra appears, although her size is in proportion to the character from Mothra vs. Godzilla (1964).

Role:
Mothra has no icons on the slots, but after any reel spin the character may fly onto the reels and trigger the "Mothra feature" which transforms an entire vertical column into Wild slots to help make combinations and increase the winning amount by 2 to 5 times. The character also appears in clips from Godzilla vs. Mothra (1992) that display while the machine is idle.

King Ghidorah

King Ghidorah
Height: 150 meters
Mass: 70,000 tons

Version:
King Ghidorah from the Heisei series is used, making him the largest of the monsters in the game, although its roar is that from the Showa series.

Role:
The three-headed monster has the fourth highest scoring icon on the slots, worth the same value as Gigan. The monster is also featured in clips from Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah (1991) that display while the machine is idle.

Gigan

Gigan
Height: 65 meters
Mass: 25,000 tons

Version:
The Showa series Gigan is featured in the game.

Role:
Of the five monsters, Gigan has the smallest role as he is only featured via an icon on the slots that is the fourth highest scoring icon, worth the same value as King Ghidorah.
