Godzilla Battle Line - Monster Island Spin [Android/iOS/PC]
Intro - Earning Roulette Coins - Rewards and Spinning - Phases

Monster Island Spin

Introduced in version 5.05.0, Monster Island Spin is an event where players collect special Roulette Coins to spin a wheel. The number rolled determines how many spaces the player advances across the map, with rewards earned from the spaces they land on. Players can also receive additional rewards for completing full laps.

Earning Roulette Coins

While subject to change during events, these coins can currently be earned in the following areas during the normal period:

  • Ranked Matches
Players can earn up to 300 coins per day in this mode, receiving 20 coins per win and 5 per loss. By opening the Monster Island Spin screen and selecting the magnifying glass icon, players can check how close they are to reaching the daily cap. This limit is strictly enforced as once reached no additional coins will be awarded. For instance, if a player is at 290 coins and wins a match, they will only receive 10 more coins instead of 20, bringing them exactly to the 300-coin limit.
  • All-Star Battle Events
Each wave completed awards 3 coins, with no daily earning cap.
  • Studio Showdowns
Every time a player completes a showdown in studio mode they will be awarded 50 coins, while every loss grants 12 coins. Achieving a "great battle" in this mode doesn't change the amount of coins awarded, as this will still be 50. There is no daily limit for this.
  • Challenge Battles
Currently unknown although stated to be one of the possible drop areas.
Roulette Coins

In addition to above, Roulette Coins can also be given out for specific mission rewards.

Rewards and Spinning

To get rewards from this event, players can spin the roulette once for 100 Roulette Coins, or 10 times for 1,000 Roulette Coins. Players move across the map based on their spin results, collecting items and triggering special effects depending on where they stop on. Unlike systems such as the battle memory gacha, there appears to be no additional benefit to selecting the 10-spin option over performing ten individual single spins.

As players advance, there are two kind of spaces. One are reward spaces, which give a variety of different items based on what's shown. This can be everything from G-tokens to fragments. Some maps also include special Effect Spaces that trigger when landed on:

Rewards and Spinning

Item Effect
Doubles the next item obtained (although may have different multipliers in the future). For example, landing on a 20 G-stone space would instead grant 40 G-stones.

Movement Effect
Doubles the result of the next roulette spin (although may have different multipliers in the future). For instance, rolling a 4 would move the player 8 spaces instead.

In addition to rewards from landing on specific spaces, completing a lap also guarantees a reward. Each map consists of 20 spaces per lap. The first seven laps each provide a unique set of rewards, while the eighth lap grants a title. Any laps beyond the eighth award 20 G-stones per completion.

Phases

The Monster Island Spin event consists of two phases:

  • Normal Period
Roulette Coins can be earned from the designated drop areas for each event. Players collect Roulette Coins to spin the roulette and move across the map, earning rewards.
  • Reward Period
New Roulette Coins cannot be obtained during this period. Players can use any remaining Roulette Coins they have collected to spin the roulette and continue earning rewards based on your progress.

Note that Roulette Coins expire when a new Monster Island Event begins, so players should make sure to spend any remaining coins during the Reward Period.
