Battle Memories and Leaders

Introduced in version 3.0.0, battle memories are cards that can be attached to your leader to grant beneficial effects and to boost the stats of your units. A total of four battle memories can be assigned to your leader.

Each battle memory will add a certain amount of points to your HP and Attack ranks when equipped. When reaching 100 points in either area, all units (excluding leader) will get a boost to either their HP or attack power.

Now each leader has their own unique mix of battle memory types that they can get an added boost from. This translates into getting an extra 50% for the rank points if the icons match. For example, if a "Blue winged" memory card was added to King Ghidorah 2019's final slot above and it gave 50 HP rank points it would instead be boosted to add 75 HP rank points.

There are four different types of battle memories. These are Red (Godzilla), Green (Barrier), Blue (Rodan) and Yellow (Xilien).

In addition, there are three different rarity types for battle memories. Confusingly, these are ★ Silver Memories, ★★ Gold Memories and ★★★ Platinum Memories. The confusing aspect is that you can raise the star rank on a memory by evolving it, but it won't change the rarity.

Most, but not all, battle memories also have an added bonus, like increasing movement speed or lowering cooldown on a leader's special ability. Often these will be tied to a kind of unit, like only 1★ units or those that appeared in a specific film. It should also be mentioned that these skills do not stack if the same exact card is equipped multiple times. So for example, equipping two 1★ Jet Jaguar 1973 Battle Memories would not give 100+100 HP to the leader, but only 100 HP.

In total, players can hold 300 memory cards, although can pay 300 G-stones to increase this by increments of +20.

HP Ranks and Attack Ranks

As noted, every 100 points you increase your in either HP or Attack grants a bonus to all units in your team. That bonus varies, with each unit having a rank bonus table where this can be seen. While these might seem to be random, they are generally calculated from the base stats of the unit. Oddly, this growth is not linear and units with certain values in either HP or attack benefit more than others. In general, the growth for the first rank is anywhere from +4% to +12.5% for four star units, with Godzilla Earth having a very low benefit while units like Godzilla 2004 see the biggest benefit.

While these stat boosts are generally calculated from the base stats, there are some exceptions. For example, Mothra Larva 1992 seems to share the same HP boosts as Battra Larva despite having notably lower HP as a base stat.

Acquiring Battle Memories

In the shop area, there is a gacha that allows players to spend gacha tickets or G-stones to spin and receive Battle Memories. This can be done in increments of 1 or 10. Spinning once requires 1 ticket or 200 G-stones, while 10 spins requires 10 tickets or 2000 G-stones. Tickets are occasionally given as login bonuses. For every spin, an "Exchange P" is also earned. These can be spent before the gacha expires for a featured battle memory, although if unspent they will be converted into regular Memory P.

In addition to the gacha, Battle Memories can be acquired through grade rewards for a season or purchased directly in the shop when available in bundles.

Leveling Battle Memories

Battle Memories are leveled up by spending Memory P. The amount required to level depends on a combination of the ★ rank and the current level of the Battle Memory. See a chart here for leveling costs.

Memory P is acquired from the All Star Battle Exchange store, Tomodachi Exchange store, achievements, login bonuses and when selecting the spin 10 times option in the gacha.

In addition, Battle Memories can be sold and an amount of Memory P is given in exchange. The amount is 100 for Silver, 400 for Gold and 2000 for a Platinum. The number of ★s do not factor into the sale price, so for example a ★★★★ Platinum will still sell for 2000. If the memory is above level 1 then additional Memory P will be given, coming out to about half of what was spent to level it up rounded down. For example, if a level 2 Platinum is sold it would be 2060 (half of the 120 spent) while a level 3 Platinum would be 2124 (half of the 248 spent).

Evolving Battle Memories

Most Battle Memories can be evolved. This will increase their ★ rank while also improving the max level and any bonus effects they might have.

Evolving a memory requires combining duplicates of the same Battle Memory. The number required changes based on the star level. ★ requires combining three duplicates, ★★ requires combining two duplicates while ★★★ and above requires combining just one duplicate. Duplicates combined in this way are gone forever. The level of the evolved card also inherits which ever one is selected to begin the evolution process. So if the card was already leveled up to 4 the evolved card will already be at that level.

Platinum ★★★ Battle Memories

Below is a list of platinum, or ★★★, battle memories. By default their max level is 20, but this can be raised by evolving.
