Player Icons and Titles

Players are able to associate both an icon and a title with themselves. These are displayed next to the player's names, including to online opponents.

Player Icons and Titles

Both the icons and titles are generally tied to achievements, and unlock as part of the process. The exception is the Godzilla 1989 icon and the "Civilian" title, which are available to all players. There is also a title that's unlocked when the player reaches grade 20 with a Premium Godzilla Pass: "Prolific Researcher". This was previously bugged but fixed in version 1.1.1.

Daily Missions

Once a day, a series of five missions will be assigned to the player. These expire at the end of the day and are replaced by the new batch. These can be completed for G-stones, G-token and fragments. If the player doesn't like a mission they can watch an ad to have it refresh as a different mission. The player can refresh missions only five times per day, and worth noting they can get two of the same exact missions rarely through doing this.

Below are the missions, with the "[specific unit]" tag being a random unit. For example, the mission could be to use Rodan or Mothra in your team to complete it. That said, the random unit will only be those that were available at the time of the worldwide launch. Kong and Mothra Leo, for example, will never appear for these missions.

These are for Orga, Kiryu Kai (Heavy Arms Type), M.O.G.U.E.R.A., SpaceGodzilla (Fukuoka Version), Thousand-Year Dragon King Ghidorah 2001, Biollante (Wakasa Bay Version), Chibi Mechagodzilla and Chibi Godzilla, Destoroyah (Ariake Version), Godzilla 2002/2003, Aqua Mothra, Godzilla (Godzilla the Ride Version), King Ghidorah (Godzilla the Ride Version), Mechagodzilla Counter-Godzilla Super Heavy Mass Nanometal Decisive Battle Weapon and likely continuing as new units are introduced. The tasks are also unique as they only appear during the Ancient Ruins Challenge Battle portion of a season, or sometimes a day or two before, and during the first day of the new season.

Introduced in version 2.14.0, daily achievements awarding fragments are also possible. These award two fragments for most four star units, requiring you to win three matches with that unit for their fragments. These tasks include the latest battle pieces, for example Biollante (Wakasa Bay Version) was a possible task during her debut month. Exceptions include Desghidorah, that has a unique mission that grants G-material fragments, and collab units. Collab units include Godzilla 2021, Kong 2021, Mechagodzilla 2021, Ultraman 2022, Zetton 2022, EVA-01, EVA-02, EVA-00, EVA-08, Masked Rider 2023, Gamera 2023, Gyaos 2023, Godzilla 2024 (Evolved Version), Kong 2024 (B.E.A.S.T. Note that tasks awarding fragments for a unit that is not available in the shop only appear during the Ancient Ruins Challenge Battle portion of a season and the first day of the new season.

Weekly Missions

Similar to daily missions, weekly missions operate on a weekly basis and assign the player seven missions each week. Like daily missions they can also be cycled for a new mission by watching an ad. This can be done a total of 10 times per week.

In terms of rewards, they rarely award Tomodachi points but much more often given G-tokens, and the prize varies based on the player's progression in ranks. This is observed where the player can be assigned a mission that rewards 530 G-tokens and then reroll and be given the same task but with a reward of 535 G-tokens. In fact, it's possible to have two of the same weekly tasks with different rewards active at the same time. As a result, the reward pool seen below are maximums that can be gotten from these tasks.

Mission Reward
Win 10 ranked matches x1,662 G-tokens max
Win 20 ranked matches x2,052 G-tokens max
Win 3 ranked matches within the time limit x1,662 G-tokens max

Win 5 fair matches x1,662 G-tokens max
Win 10 fair matches x2,052 G-tokens max

Win 20 fair matches x2,832 G-tokens max
Invite Tomodachi to Friend Matches 1 time x80 Tomodachi points
Exchange at the Tomodachi point exchange 3 times x100 Tomodachi points

Like the daily missions, the "[specific unit]" can be any in the game that was available upon worldwide release. So this can be "win 5 battles with Hedorah in your team" for example, but can't be Rainbow Mothra, Super Mechagodzilla or others that debuted post version 1.1.1 of the game. There are a few exceptions to this, though, that have been added only to the weekly pool as specific units to win with. These are the following and only for the unit in team achievement rather than the leader one:

  • Burning Godzilla 1995
  • Godzilla Terrestris
  • Jet Jaguar 2021
  • Kiryu

Note that missions also expire at the end of the week and are replaced by the new batch.

Special Achievements

In contrast to the main achievements, special achievements are time limited. As a result, completing them should be prioritized. They will often begin with the introduction of a new season or character to the game. Prizes range from G-tokens to G-stones to expeditions to player titles to player icons to unit fragments.

The amount of time to complete these achievements have been extended before, although rarely. The prime example of this was the special achievements around Jet Jaguar 2021 that were generously extended. Players can see how much time they have left on the special achievements by opening up Achievements and then going to the Special tab, which will state at the top the time left.

Starting with version 1.4.0 of the game, special achievements get replaced with event achievements whenever an all-star event is going on. In the next update they reverted back to special achievements, containing a mixture of both based on if an event is active or not. Now event achievements correspond with the all-star event mode of the game. As a result, almost all of the achievements are tied to playing all-star mode. Exceptions include some like a login bonus and completing expeditions during a time frame.

These achievements will often revolve around defeating a number of units in all-star mode, a different mechanic from other achievements in the game. They can also revolve around a specific evolution having to perform the task, unlike other achievements which allow either form to be used. For example, a "Use Battra (Imago) to defeat 10 enemies in all-star battles" task mandates that the evolved, Imago form has to defeat these 10 enemies. Battra (Larva) defeating an enemy wouldn't count. There are quirks to this as well. For example, SpaceGodzilla (Fukuoka Version) is only credited when he defeats an enemy with his Corona Beam, his crystals defeating an enemy don't count. In addition, Destoroyah Perfect Form being defeated unleashes larva, and surprisingly these Destoroyah larva share the same counter as the two star Destoroyah Larva battle piece.

Event Points

Currently, event achievements are the only way to get event points. These are exchanged in the store for specific prizes, with a deadline to claim them. Despite this being the only method to get them, not all achievements award event points. Maps, battle pieces, fragments, G-tokens, G-stones and titles will sometimes be the reward instead.
