There are a total
of six levels in the game: four main stages, one "final"
and a bonus stage that is accessed after the credits.
The first four stages are given challenge "rankings"
in the form of stars, each ranking being out of a
possible three.
Stage 1
Challenge: 1 The first match up in the game has Godzilla
facing off against Gigan in an arctic setting.
Beyond his melee attacks, Gigan can also fire
a concentrated beam from his eye.

Location: Antarctica
Stage 2
Challenge: 1 Godzilla's second opponent in the game is
the monster Destoroyah, whose is fought in the
port area of the city. Beyond melee attacks,
the creature will use his Oxygen Destroyer beam
and his Laser Horn to try and vanquish the King
of the Monsters.

Stage 3
Challenge: 2 The challenge goes up a notch as Godzilla
faces off against his mechanical double. Beyond
his melee attacks, Mechagodzilla can also fire
a maser blast from his mouth, utilize a chest
mounted Zero Cannon and change his hand into
a rotating drill.
Opponent: Mechagodzilla
Location: City
Stage 4
Challenge: 3 For the fourth level, SpaceGodzilla emerges
to do battle with the King of the Monsters in
a volcanic region. Beyond his melee attacks,
SpaceGodzilla utilizes his Corona Beam and Gravity
Tornado to fight off Godzilla.
Opponent: SpaceGodzilla
Location: Volcano
Stage 5 The fifth stage in the game is completely
live action, and features a battle with Godzilla
and King Ghidorah that rages from midday to
night fall. Depending on the battle conditions
rolled in the slots, Mothra or Minilla have
the chance to aid Godzilla in his confrontation
with the three-headed monster.

Secret Stage
How to access:
There are five main stages to the game, and
after completing the final showdown with King
Ghidorah the title's credits will begin to roll.
If the player is patient enough to sit through
them, they will be awarded the opportunity to
push the action button on the machine to play
an additional match up.
Stage 6 The hidden stage in the game, this level
sees Godzilla do battle with his once ally in
a refinery setting.
