U-Ya Asaoka originally belonged to the band
Field of View, which first formed back in
1994, as the lead singer before the group
dissolved in 2002. Left to his own devices,
Asaoka began to branch out toward a solo
career, debuting a new album while also recording
the theme song to the hit series The
Gransazers (2003) a year after Field
of View disbanded.
