Details
The world is split into two realms: the hellish Rapter realm and the human realm. The existence of this two dimensions is mostly unknown to humanity. Beings from the other realm, known as Rapters, are quite aware of the two and attempt to shape shift to live in the human world. These infiltrations have created a group called the Anti-Rapter Special Police. Privy to Rapters, the Special Police patrol the human realm to eradicate them. Taki Renzaburo is a member of the Anti-Rapters, and busy killing the beasts in Tokyo. Political climates, however, have made Hong Kong a battleground. The pending transfer of sovereignty of Hong Kong back to China has caused many Anti-Rapter Special Police to leave the region for England. Realizing this, the Rapters focus their efforts on the vulnerable island. Taki travels with a squad to tackle the situation, only to realize that the Rapters have devised a new drug called "Happiness" which is causing devastating effects on humans who take it.
