After testing a bomb on the distant planet, the creature, called Mururoa, comes to Earth and plagues it in darkness. Try as he might, even the strength of Ultraman Taro isn't enough to relinquish the enemy. Without light, the world falls into panic, having to live off of limited resources. Now the fate of Earth rests in the hands of Taro and the Ultra Brothers, who must acquire an ancient, mythical item deep in the center of the Land of Ultra's Ultra Tower to disperse the darkness and bring peace back to their second home...
