With the abrupt disappearance of two women in the Tokyo area, witnesses are baffled by the strange sight of this confounding set of circumstances. The Terrible-monster Attacking Crew (TAC) investigate the matter, only to conclude that the sinister Yapool is responsible, and that the targets have been women of O-blood type. As TAC is deployed for disaster control, they discover a massive ant-like monster is behind it–as well as a servant of Yapool's pulling the strings. Merging their power together, Hokuto and Yuko become Ultraman Ace! But will even the raw power of Ace be enough to take down the Terrible-Monster menace? Or will this spell the end of the Ultra warrior...
