Details
A young man named Sanshiro Sugata becomes a student of the judo instructor Shogoro Yano. After initially using his skills and strength as a means of tormenting and bullying other people, Sugata eventually comes to learn the values of humility and humanity. A few years after joining the practice, the young judo student, once fearlessly charging into any fight, finds himself approaching two fights he wants no part in.
