It was submitted by Toho but includes mention of all the companies under the film's production committee. This includes Toho, Hakuhodo DY Media Partners, Shogakukan, Amuse, Cross Company, Magazine House, Lawson HMV Entertainment, Sony Music Entertainment, KDDI Corporation, GYAO Corporation, Nippon Shuppan Hanbai. The submission used the international title, If Cats Disappeared From the World, and the Romaji title, Sekai Kara Neko ga Kietanara. The movie was resubmitted on January 7th, 2021 under number V15000D883. This time it was submitted by just Toho and Columbia Pictures, but used the same titles.
