Tenma Kudo, Sazer-Tarious of the Fire Tribe, checks his cell phone while reflecting on past adventures. However, he is sent a mysterious text message that includes a rendezvous point. News travels fast, prompting Tenma, the other Sazers, and Archaeologist Ichiro Horiguchi to gather at the designated spot, fearing the worst. However, it turns out the message was simply from Taippei Mikami, Sazer-Gans of the Water Tribe. He had planned a surprise party for the group. Just as the festivities get underway, though, they're interrupted by a commotion outside. Everyone rushes out to see the Cloud Dragon returning to Earth...

Japan Region 2 Super Star God: Gransazers: Super Battle Memory Toho (2005) Order

Background and Trivia

  • An OV (original video) release that came out in 2005 to DVD, VHS and UMD, which was a home video format for the Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP).
  • The literal title for the direct to video release would be Super Star God: Gransazers: Super Battle Memory. It's unlikely that there is an international title for the movie. As a result, the listed title here of The Gransazers: Super Battle Memory can be seen as conjecture on what the international title would have been, given the international name for the TV program was The Gransazers.
  • Despite appearing on the cover and in adverts for the movie, DaiLogian does not appear in the actual film.
