After the emergence of Godzilla Earth, the survivors become separated from their captain, Haruo Sakaki. As it turns out, Sakaki was rescued and treated for by a mysterious girl named Miana. A native to earth, the girl belongs to a tribe called the Houtua, descendants of humanity. After a brief skirmish, the Houtua locate and hold the other survivors. Using telepathy, Miana and her twin sister Maina question them. They ask about the destruction they brought to Earth, burning large areas. The survivors explain that their target was Godzilla, and the destruction was merely a byproduct. The Houtua reveal that their own god was killed by Godzilla, having left behind an egg. Realizing the truth, the survivors are released, although the twin girls accompany them. As the group disembarks, they are assaulted by Servum. Thankfully, they are rescued by Metphies and other survivors who arrive. During the battle, Galu-Gu notices nanometal on the Houtua's weapons. He theorizes that years ago when his race of aliens, the Bilusaludo, created Mechagodzilla the construct survived. Not only that, but that in the past 20,000 years it has expanded into something else. Convincing the other survivors, Galu-Gu and the group set out to locate the remnants of Mechagodzilla...
