Fifty years ago in the Blind Rock mines, something happened. Dozens of miners went missing, becoming one of the biggest mysteries of its time. Soon after, the mines were closed and the story became a legend. Nobody knew the true horror that lurked in the darkness of the subterranean realm. After a group of children became lost, H.E.A.T. accidentally found themselves in the heart of the horror. The truth of the lost miners and the danger that befell the kids became apparent. Elsie was sprayed by the creature’s silver and was almost cocooned alive. Additionally, the two missing boys were also located, but time was still of the essence. The silver had almost coated their heads. Thanks to Craven’s laser, H.E.A.T. managed to free the boys of their silver bonds, but the Silver Hydra made its attack. Craven bravely ran in and fired his laser, cutting the cave-dwelling monstrosity into several pieces. However, each piece merely regenerated into a new beast.
As the group ran through the corridors of darkness, Godzilla suddenly burst through the ceiling. He unleashed his atomic fire, reducing the monsters to a silver fluid. However, the fluid began to pull together and a new colossus was created.
Only a handful of smaller Silver Hydra remained afterward, including one that had given chase after Monique and the boys’ sister. Just as the small swarm of monsters reached the group, Craven had begun cutting a hole in the rock wall to flood the cavern with icy water. The plan worked and the river came roaring in. The last of the smaller beasts was washed away, their bodies solidifying and breaking apart in the current. |
