Confined within the Area 51 mutant research facility, the desert rat was used as a literal lab rat for both weapon and science research. When a hole opened up in the habitat, two of the larger creatures managed to escape. Thankfully, instead of fleeing, the six-legged rodent remained behind along with a strange lizard mutation. |
