Doson's most trusted companion, the small, bird like, creature was often sent to spy on others so that it could then relay the information back to its master. The winged creature is extremely loyal to Doson, although its origins, and how it came into the possession of Doson, are a complete mystery. However, the creature meets an untimely demise when it shoves itself in the way of a flaming arrow that Seimei fires at Doson, saving its master at the cost of its own life.
