Depends on how powerful your teams are after you all buy the items you can buy. Tier Three might be unavailable if the teams are super overpowered compared to a tier 3.

This is going to be the final boss round. You may not pick a free lackey. I will decide what tiers are available once you all have used your points.

I am and am not at the same time, the amount of Legion swarms that have been dropped this tourney is hilarious, but no swarms this round relieves that PLSD (Post Legion Stress Disorder)
