Disc one Track 17 “Maser March (Nagoya) (M32)” should be “M16B” instead.
Disc one Track 50 “Scenery Rehearsal (M16 Test)” once again is “M16B” as confirmed by the recording sessions.
Disc two Track 15 “Battra’s Fury (M16B)” should be “M16C”.
Disc two Track 20 “Godzilla Fast Full” should be “Battra Fast Full”.
Disc two Track 33 “Mothra vs. Battra II” should be “Godzilla vs. Battra II”.

Disc one Track 34 “The Call of the Cosmos (M23 President’s Change of Business)” appears to be an erroneous translation. “M23 Head Replacement” or “M23 New Beginning” seems like a more accurate interpretation of “Ｍ２３頭取っかえ用”. Note this is the same cue as Disc one Track 45 in Toshiba’s disc, where it is called “The Appeal (Another Take)”.

Disc one Track 50 “Scenery Rehearsal (M16 Test)” once again is “M16B” as confirmed by the recording sessions.

Disc two Track 20 “Godzilla Fast Full” should be “Battra Fast Full”.

To be fair, it is listed as M16 Test in the booklet.

Also, "Battra Fast Full" is on disc 1, not 2.
