Verdict:
Gigan Showa and Millennium would be tricky in close range especially since they both have some tricks up thier sleeves. However, Mechagodzilla is pretty much best known for long range with his arsenal of weaponry. Millennium does have the mobility advantage in the air to evade his attacks. With no reliable means to kill him besides his disks and Showa's buzzsaw (that requires him to get close which is dangerous), that advantage won't last. Mechagodzilla defeats them both.

The Gigan duo could win this if they played their cards right, but more often than not I see their vulnerability to beams—which MechaGodzilla has plenty to spare—to be their undoing.
