Indeed, that's why I was trying to go with the slant with some of the crappier ones that this is the first time a Godzilla film has been mainstream enough to GET this treatment. Like how there was merch for Ant-Man and Vision for the recent MCU stuff at the time. Before those respective films came out I doubt any comic fan would of expected mainstream costumes of those characters. It just shows the growing pains with these early attempts, and where I hope we see refinement later on at some point.

Oh, OHH, imagine the sweet merch for Godzilla vs Kong. OOHHHH!!!!! That's gonna be great.

Wah. It’s a $30 kids toy, it’s allowed to have shortcomings. I think it looks just fine. Cry to me when expensive shit like SH Monsterarts has paint issues.

Oh. Wait...*cough* ;)

Oh my god, wait a minute.

The eye paint is literally off.

That's fucking horrible. I sure hope that's not how it looks on the final product.

This isn't an optical illusion: the eye paint has absolutely 100% missed the pupil.

That's...that's a new level of bad, honestly.

Not only does that Godzilla have the eye painted in the wrong area, but it just looks badly painted in general. Mattel's Jurassic stuff looks consistently better at about half the price and one quarter of the size.

What is it with Godzilla figures....God damn.

Is it retaliation from China because of Trumps tariffs?

If it's like their giant one from 2014, no. I think it's mostly plastic but I think the tail and head are soft plastic.
