Which Legendary Godzilla Design Do You Prefer

The correct opinion is to say 2014 is superior.

2019: actually gave him dumber looking feet, butchered his tail, shrunk his head, and he looks chunkier. And the spikes...they are classic but don't really fit his body structure. All they had to do was make the ones from 2014 bigger and maybe colorize them a bit.

2014, no hesitation. Dougherty did nothing but downgrade the design to appease fanboys who probably didn't even understand what Alsopp and his team was going for.

2014. Only thing I'd do is make the spikes a bit bigger, they're kind of puny as is, but still preferable to the copy-pasted ones on 2019/2021. The latter's still a good looking design, but I can't help but miss the old whip-like tail and pointed back spikes. Hoping that upcoming TV show revisits the old look for a while.

Dogegoji, eff the haters. My main complaint on Garegoji is the dorsal plates are too small. I will admit that I enjoyed the whip tail of the 2014 however.

Honestly, I think I prefer the 14 design. If they had planned on altering the spines so much, I wish they'd have altered the whole design more. I think it flows really well in 2014, and while the 19 design still works, it's a little less elegant.

Not sure but I'm pretty sure this is the same guy who went on a biased multi-thread tirade about how the outcome of GvK was unforgivably wrong. I can't remember specifics but if that was indeed him...

2019/2021 for sure. The only thing I kind of preferred with '14 is the whip-ish tail, but I also like the traditional tail '19 has. I was really hoping GvK would change up the spines again, this time base them on King Goji's spines, and make them bone white in color too to contrast his dark hide. Dream was his spines would change throughout the MV like they do in the films. But alas... I like the '19 spines much more than '14's, which just looked too much like giant, broken pieces of sheet rock. The way MV Goji rocks the classic '54 spine pattern and shape, I just LOVE it. And I really want to see him do more classic spine arrangements.
