No. It just looks too spiky. It's like they tried to make him look badass, but went overboard. I'm perfectly fine wit the design we saw in the movie.

Its a cool design, but as Godzilla? No thanks. It suffers the same fate of the 1998 Godzilla of being a neat design, but goes a bit too far from the source.

If they redressed it a little and turned it into a brand new monster though I would be interested.

Recolor it, add something new and unique to the design, and you have a suitable replacement for Monster X as Godzilla's primary foe at the end of the movie.

But as Godzilla? No. Not even close.

As has already been said, it's horrible as a Godzilla design (The red chest... the hell?), but it'd make a pretty neat opponent monster.

It's fucking terrible. Plain and simple. Not even for another monster. It's just ugly. It can go party with the Stan Winston Goji design in the land of monster designs that should be erradicated from memory.

That design is disgusting. I'd say more, but... I frankly don't need to.

I must say that I loved the FW Goji that was eventually designed. The original suit looks like something that I would love to see Godzilla fight, but to suggest making THIS an incarnation of Godzilla? No.

I personally like the design they ended up going with. It looked good. This design, however, looks like a Godzilla genetic experiment gone awry - something along the lines of Biollante. Mutation, yes. Godzilla, no.

I agree with you here: there were several designs in GFW I didn't like much, either.

Yeah, this is a pretty horrid redesign. I'm glad they didn't use it. This makes Puppy-zilla from the 70s look like Gojira '54 by comparision.

I don't like the strange chest armour, but I really like everything else. I like Godzilla's traditional spines, but these are neat.

Thsi would amke a bad Godzilla design....

....and a pretty meh Godzilla clone too. SG, Bio and Mechagodzilla (ALL incarnations) look sooo much better and more awesome.

Guess I'm the only one here who likes this design lol. The only thing I don't like about it is that glowing red chest thing. Take that out and just be a plain normal chest then we'll be all set to go.

The overall design looks interesting to me and looks pretty good to me, it's just that chest part that I don't like about it. Would it fit as Godzilla? Maybe as another species of Godzilla, hell yea. I'm open minded enough to accept it, so long as nothing is changed about the character that it's representing like GINO did.
