Original Final Wars Godzilla desgin

I didn't vote since I love FW Godzilla but I agree that this is a terrible design. It looks like something a 12 year old would draw on his math binder in sharpie. I honestly think Zilla is a better design for Godzilla than this. (granted I do like Zilla a lot just not as Godzilla)

This one, though, I like a lot more. I don't like Ratzilla all too much, myself, but it or the concept art here are both nice-looking Godzilla designs, in my opinion.

I think they were going for the G2000 face but ended up with Ratzilla. Either way, he looks cool, better than that horny dragon they concocted.

I will not vote on that poll. The Final Wars Godzilla design is one of my favorites. That concept is terrible as it looks nothing like Godzilla beside from the erect biped posture.

dear god.. that thing is butt ugly.. well good thing is, is that it wasn't used.. but, it would still look cool for another monster, not being Godzilla, but for another kaiju.

I've actually thought this Godzilla design was...ok. Not without needing a change or two. Scrub the whole chest stuff and change the direction of the back plates and...I think it could work.

I don't like ratzilla very much; it's probably my least favorite Godzilla design. I feel a bit as though this design would have been better. It would have been fitting for Final Wars' "trying too hard to be cool" style, at least. I'd like for this design to make a return, but I agree with others that it would work best as a mutation or enemy for Godzilla. Since Mothra vs Godzilla was known as "Godzilla vs The Thing" in the US, I've wanted an actual Godzilla vs John Carpenter's The Thing to be made. This design would be great for something like that - the thing transforms into Godzilla, but ends up looking like this instead.

The burning marks on the chest make sense cause this was originally gonna be a follow up movie to Godzilla vs Destoroyah staring Jr. And Jr absorbed huge amounts of radiation when Godzilla melted down so...

Holy crap, that sounds amazing! Probably would have liked Final Wars a lot more had they kept that as part of the storyline. I think I'm in love with this design now... Haters gonna hate!

The "Ratzilla" suit design has grown on me over the years. I don't hate the concept art either. It looks interesting. Though definitely atypical for a Godzilla design, obviously.

From what I understand the original idea didn't get very far before they changed their mind and said "F it, let's just throw random stuff including the kitchen sink at the wall and see what sticks. Just go all out crazy."

Pity, I would have liked to see a return to the Heisei Godzilla over the design we got in Final Wars lol

Yeah, you'll be surprised how many concept design Godzilla's where made into model kits XD As mentioned before (I think), not a fan of the design. It just, jabs me hard in the face you know? I do however like the spines though, but everything else is like a sharp poke to the face.
