I actually thought Megaguirus was tough. I changed my answer to FW Gigan before he was upgraded.

The only reason Megaguirus was giving Godzilla so much trouble was because of her speed, in the end as soon as Godzilla Got his atomic breath back he was able to take her out with one shot ( the second shot was just overkill )

I guess Godzilla was really mad at her! :) Same with Gigan; one shot to the head!

Both of them where made of paper lol, on a Side note, I rewatched Megaguirus yesterday, I still stand by my statement that its the second worst movie in the millennium series, but honestly its a lot better than I remember, its no masterpiece but it is entertaining and can pretty fun, especially the final battle.

Never underestimate the power of speed. It's a dangerous weapon in and of itself.

Oh I'm not, I'm just saying physical durability is not her strong suit :)

Ebirah or Kamebos. Ebirah since he was beaten by mutants with hand held weapons. Kamebos since he was got the old K.O in one hit from Godzilla.

What you did there, I see it!

I've heard people say that Hedorah died after getting poked through the eye in GFW. Don't really believe it myself, he was screaming bloody murder with Ebirah seconds later when getting blasted by Godzilla's ray, but it was still a pretty pitiful incarnation.
GFW Ebirah's up there, too.

FW Gigan, hell he was finally killed by Mothra of all things and not before he cut off his own head.

Zilla, Komeabas (did i spell that right), Megaguirus, Ebirah, Minila doesn't exactly count, and if Jet Jaguar was there, him too.

Megaguirus? She could take out the others on your list by herself.

Where did Jet Jaguar come from? I thought this was Millennium.

Eh, I see your point, as long as we're talking about endurance.

She stood up pretty well to Godzilla's physical attacks its just his breath that absolutely annihilated her. I think Kamebos is the weakest since he got a fatal wound from one hit by Godzilla.
