All of the Toho ones on DVD and some on Blu-Ray, 2014 film and I still have my VHS copy of Godzilla 1985 with the "Bambi meets Godzilla" cartoon at the beginning of the video. Also, I wish one day they would release the original re-edited English dubbed version of Godzilla vs. The Sea Monster that I always watched during my childhood from my old "Video Treasures" VHS tape.

Right now, I own all existing ones on DVD and/or Blu-Ray except for the Anime Trilogy since they haven't gotten a home video release yet (so far as I know).

At least the first two are out in Japan. I’m not aware of foreign releases yet although there may be some, but they’re definitely not available on video in North America. Those are the only Godzillas I’m waiting on too.GojiDog wrote:Right now, I own all existing ones on DVD and/or Blu-Ray except for the Anime Trilogy since they haven't gotten a home video release yet (so far as I know).

I think there are Malaysian DVDs of dubious legality. Not sure about any English dubs, but they should at least have the Japanese audio and English subs (can't speak for the quality).

Re: What Godzilla movies do you own?
I own the following on DVD.
All of the Heisei movies
Godzilla: The Criterion Collection
Godzilla vs The Sea Monster.
Godzilla vs. Hedorah
Godzilla vs. Gigan
Destroy All Monsters
Godzilla vs. Megalon
GMK
Godzilla vs. Megaguirus
Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla
Godzilla: Final Wars
Godzilla (2014)
VHS
Godzilla: King Of The Monsters
Godzilla vs. Mothra
Godzilla vs. Monster Zero
Godzilla's Revenge
Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla
Terror Of Mechagodzilla
Zilla '98
Non Godzilla Monster Movies: DVD
The Beast From 20,000 Fathoms
THEM!
The Giant Behemoth
Gorgo
Mothra
The Black Scorpion
King Kong (2005)
Pacific Rim
Honorary Mentions
The Ghost Of Slumber Mountain
The Lost World (1925)
The Valley Of Gwangi
Godzilla: The Animated Series
I get the the first 3 on the Honorary Mentions aren't 'true' monster movies per se, but without the first 2, we wouldn't have Godzilla, at least not in the way he is now. And Gwangi, well I might as well have had added it.

Only movies I need to get are SON OF GODZILLA, VS. MECHAGODZILLA '74 & MEGAGUIRUS. And definitely the REBIRTH OF MOTHRA trilogy.

The 2 best versions are the DVD by Image Entertainment and the recent Blu-Ray that came out last year.Freebleeper wrote:Oh I would love to have a copy of this one and thanks for the info MikeSTZillakRhedosaurus wrote:The Lost World (1925)

Re: What Godzilla movies do you own?
I'm sure they will down the line SOMEWHERE, at least. I started trying to collect the Collector's Editions BRDs from Japan until I realized the already-sparse extras from the first set was just going to be replicated down the pine (reduced, even). Now I'm just picking up some merch like the theater brochures (for the design work and lore details I thought be on-disc) and figures: X-Plus, Monsterarts (for Fillius), and this neat Golden Godzilla Diorama for 'Planet Eater' (as if he's illuminated by Ghidirah's glow). I'm satisfied until a physical release with English subtitles comes out.
P.S- I'm hoping they pop up sometime in August/September when the BRD for KotM comes out. =)

Re: What Godzilla movies do you own?
Some studio owned series (like Daredevil and Orange is the New Black) got physical releases but the vast majority of Netflix's original lineup has not seen a disc release. The only exception was Stranger Things which was likely done more as a companion to the rest of the marketing the series has received.kaijumilitia wrote:Does Netflix release there “original content” on physical media?
If they were to see a disc release, it wouldn't be until next year since that's approximately the amount of time Netflix likes to wait before releasing something on disc.

I search for him but I couldn't find him though. Are they any sites that sell bootleg versions of the film than?MikeSTZillak wrote:goji1968 made a recreation of that version.
