Obscure Action Figures!

Here's some obscure monster toys.

Gorzak!

Krusher (Mattel)

Kenner's Battle Brawlers

I could really see these guys fitting in with the Inhumanoids.

Does The Great Garloo count?

I'd kill for a big budget Great Garloo movie.

I think so.

I have this vague idea for a fan comic, were Garloo, the ones I've mentioned and the Inhumanoids battle each other.

I think I found the most obscure action figure line ever. A knock off of Street Sharks, of all things, Muscle Mutts!

If I had Gorzak as a kid I probably would have used him as a King Seeser stand in to battle my giant Imperial Godzilla.

Added in 2 days 47 minutes 59 seconds:
He-Man rip off, inspired figure line Sun-Man.

This toy line was from Olmec Toy, a company that seemed to just make cash in toys for African American kids. They had G.I Joe cash in called Bronze Bombers.

I think that they went out of business, as I can barely find about them other than why the company was started.

Anyone remember Mattel's Hot Wheels spinoff line Attack Pack? Two warring factions created from a mysterious fusion of man, machine, and animal.

Personally I have Taran-Chewa, Terror-Dactyl, and Space Sucker. Terror-Dactyl, too lazy the find the other two.

Holy, I had one of those as a kid. I had clue what it was and thought it was something from Ghostbusters.

Ha! I had a Terror Dactyl! Had to google it, but I also had “slaughterjaws” (below). I remember wanting the one with bat wings in the picture, but never got it.

Wow I haven't seen these in such a long time, I actually completely forgot I owned some until I saw that picture!

Had to google to find the names (google never lets you down! http://www.angelfire.com/ct/Jp/ap/).
I had Sandstinger, Darkclaw, and RipRat from the cars; Nighslayer from the planes; and Venus Flycraft, Spacesucker, and Cozmo Clam from the alien set.
Godzilla & Gamera High Grade (gashapon) collector.
Looking for: spare High Grade insert papers (various sets)

^ That O.J. doll isn't that unusual given he was a very popular figure. It's just aged badly.

I guess these might belong in the Ultraman threads, but these bootleg Pachimon Ultra Monsters ("Super Dinosaurs", "Ultra Dinosaurs", etc.) are among my favorites. I have the green dude (Who seems to be based off of Ron from Ultraman Leo). These were actually featured in an episode of Ultraman Dyna.

Speaking of fairly obscure action figures, the Barnyard Commandos are back!

Totally forgot about this line.

Geez, I remember having a barnyard commando (thanks to this thread, I’m coming to the realization I probably had way too many toys growing up...).

Gotta be honest, I’m rather surprised there’s enough of a following to warrant a collector focused line of “high” end versions...

The Infaceables!

The gimmick for these didn't really work, possibly the second worst gimmick for an action figure line I've ever seen.

The worst is got to be The Manglors.
