^ That's what she said. 8-)

But yeah, I'm sold on this thing. I wanted one more big sauropod for my JP/W collection, and the Apatosaurus wasn't it. Dreadnoughtus gets the job.

This could very well be the definitive Spinosaurus figure on the market if it's successful (until the next discovery/paper, at least); and more dinosaurs could be on the way.

Just over $1600 left to go. They should get this with plenty time to spare.

Got the Mattel Kentrosaurus and Miragia. As usual, it'd be nice if they had more paint, but eh. I'm just happy to get some new stegosaurs out of this line.

Anyone gotten the Hammond Rex yet? Seeing pictures of it in hand for the first time has singlehandedly turned me back on to collecting JP stuff.

Uh-oh. I've decided against collecting this line for the most part, but if I was going to break, it would be for a stegosaur.

I love my Hammond Collection Tyrannosaurus Rex and friends. It's my first time buying dinosaur toys since the 80s lol! Last dinosaur I had was the Dinoriders T-Rex, the one that had laser cannons and that little frog alien villain. I just love these Hammond Collection ones so much!

Eh, you know what, screw it. I yam what I yam. I'm going to go ahead and get back into dinosaur collecting. Not kaiju, just because of all the hassle and slimy business practices in that industry right now + the more completionist-ish nature of collecting fixed character lineups. Dinosaur collecting is much more chill and loose, something I can drift in and out of casually. I'm thinking I'm going to get one more bookcase and devote a shelf to each major dinosaur family: ceratopsians, stegosaurs/ankylosaurs, ornithopods, sauropods, and therapods, and one of my existing shelves will hold miscellany.

And trigger pulled on the BOTM Kosmoceratops! This'll be my first ceratopsian from the line; my only other BOTM is the Saurornitholestes with the secretary bird design. Hopefully I get one with asymmetrical brow horns like Andy's Dinosaur Reviews. Apparently they don't all come that way.

Eh, passable colors. I'd lean towards the grey one.
