Oh c’mon man, don’t give me that duty

I will, just gimme a few hours, give or take.
This is your baby man, gotta be the one to share its life story to new curious onlookers
Put it like that and now I feel bad for being neglectful
It's okay, just gotta draw a lesson or two from Showa Godzilla.

The best father figure to draw notes from, obviously XD

Thanks very much!

A few questions I have:
What’s the average posting rate expected?
How many monsters are we allowed to have?
What’s the setting like?

IDK, it varies. Usually it is more a casual/not too fast pace.
Far as I know there is no cap, if there was it's been disregarded. Put could be subject to change.
Global setting. Monsters go around different cities around the world, we have been to space for the arrival of the Ghidorah Brothers/SpaceGodzilla but been based on Earth largely.

Sounds good!

I’ll get 3-4 sheets written up soon.

Ok, I have one question.

-Are the Sydney Kaiju still fighting in Sydney or are they in Osaka?

Thoughts on my Kaiju?
___
Name: Raiju
Alias: The Demon God of Thunder

Height: 100 meters
Weight: 120,000 tons

Info:
Raiju is an ancient and demonic protector, determined to eliminate all Kaiju as threats to mankind. Forged by primordial mages bending the blood of the Earth into a monstrous humanoid, Raiju was unleashed to destroy the many Kaiju that roamed the planet. Eventually, Raiju was buried beneath Mt. Fuji by Godzilla, and would only be awakened in the modern day to resume his eternal war.

Description:
Raiju is a titanic greenish humanoid with a demonic face, equipped with tusklike lower fangs and a perpetually angry expression. His body is armored in square scale mail, and the Kaiju wears a helm made of dozens of iron rings. A short and curved sword hangs at his waist.

Personality:
Raiju has only one goal- destroy all monsters. He cares not for humanity save for his priest, who can attempt to control the giant (to limited success). Raiju does not stop, he does not sleep, and he does not retreat. Even ripped limb from limb, even decapitated, Raiju will attempt to destroy any Kaiju he meets. He may ally with certain Kaiju, but such is always a temporary arrangement.

Powers and Abilities:
Lighting Absorption: Raiju is empowered and healed by lightning, as well as capable of storing this energy for later.

Strong and Heavy: Raiju is far heavier and stronger than his appearance suggests, and is perfectly willing to lever that power in his martial arts skills.

Thunder Blow: The guardian can channel his lightning into blue energy punches and kicks, stunning most foes as he whales on them.

Sword: Raiju wields a sword capable of slicing into most Kaiju, and this blade can survive immense damage.

Durability and Regeneration: When struck by lightning, Raiju can rebuild his shattered body. He’s also resistant to most forms of damage, and it takes a lot to put him down.

Weaknesses:
Can’t Swim: Raiju’s body is far too heavy for anything other than deep-sea wading.

Slow: Raiju is slow to turn, and slow to build up momentum.

Extreme Temperatures: Raiju is vulnerable to extreme shifts of temperature, and can be broken by a fast enough change.

Webbing: Tough enough webbing can trap Raiju, slowing him further.

____________

Name: Abbadon
Alias: The Oil-Drinking Dragon

Height:
100 meters
Weight:
100,000 tons

Info:
A dinosaur from ancient times, Abbadon fed off of oil underground and beneath the seas. After an oil station inadvertently breached its hibernation chamber it broke free and destroyed the station. Afterwards, Abbadon began to hunt oil tankers and draining their cargos- but the Chinese military ceased all shipments in the area, forcing Abbadon to hunt closer to shore...

Description:
Abbadon is intelligent, but driven by primal instincts. He only seeks to drink more oil and similar products, and will ravage vast areas in his hunt. His overall form is like a carnotaurus, but with larger horns that curve up and then down from the sides of his head. His long arms are also not common carnotaur features, being more akin to long crocodile limbs. Abbadon’s dragging tail is covered with 5-meter long thorns, which can be driven into a foe’s flesh. Abbadon is a tan-and-black color, tending to be darker on his back. His scales are large and crocodilian.

Personality:
Abbadon is a primal and savage foe, who eagerly exploits any opening in battle. He’s not afraid of retreat, and will do so if he can’t gain anything from a fight. Abbadon seeks only to feed, despite the damage he inflicts on humanity, and anything that affects his schedule is a threat to be burned alive.

Powers and Abilities:
Napalm Breath: Abbadon can spit jets of blazing oil, extending over 600 meters on average. This sticky fluid sears and burns hot, plumes of black smoke choking out the sun where he fires it. Abbadon tends to spam this attack.

Horns: Abbadon’s preferred melee weapon include his huge horns, with which he batters and gores foes.

Spiked Tail: Abbadon can lash out with his tail and shred apart buildings and frailer monsters. He often uses this weapon in addition to his horns, or as a crowd-clearing attack.

Agility: Abbadon is no slouch when it comes to moving around.

Fire Proof: Abbadon is naturally immune to heat and smoke.

Tough Scales: Abbadon’s hide is tough enough to survive enemy Kaiju’s blows for the most part.

Weaknesses:
Easily Tricked: Oil scattered in the air can lure the Kaiju away, especially if there’s no food present.

Ammonia: Abbadon is weak to ammonia, and it weakens him unless he can escape.
