Shingojira should have this, Spiderman and Black Panther should be able to deal with Jonathan, their speed and reflexes will be able to keep up with him. Not to mention Black Panther's suit could most likely absorb hamon fueled punches and send the energy back at Jonathan.
Kylo shouldn't have too much trouble with Tanjiro, given he can use the force to trap Tanjiro, Shang Chi may have trouble keeping up but really the numbers are what gives Shin the edge here.

Shingoijira has a some pretty strong fighters, I think Kylo Ren and Black Panther would be able to put this boss down. Due to the Force/Lightsaber and the Vibranium Suit

Shin can probably take this. Any hits given to Black Panther only fuel his kinetic burst and I’m pretty sure Vibranium is stronger than Tanjiro’s and Johnathan’s sword, even if they are enhanced by Water Breathing or Hamon. Add in Spider-Man shooting webs at both of them, Kylo Ren trying to outbuff a JoJo while using the force and a lightsaber, and Shang Chi with his mastery of martial arts and weapon training, and he’s got a pretty good chance depending on the match up.
