EX Gomora has this. Biollante will not be able to counter the extending tail or the EX Hyper Oscillatory Wave, let alone avoid getting slapped around the battlefield.

I'm not sure if this is just a smash for Gomora. Biollante is a very expansive monster, and did puncture through the shoulder of one of the (arguably) strongest monsters in existence. I think she'd be able to fend for herself for a good long while before Gomora got close and pumped her full of liquid explosion. However, I still view SpanishBulldog63 is the victor. Gomora might just have a few more holes in him afterwords.
