Shin vs. Ultima

Post by HillyHulk »

Godzilla (Shin) vs. Godzilla ("Singular Point", Ultima Form)

Links to bios:

https://godzilla.fandom.com/wiki/Godzil ... ontinuity)

Verdict:
Just about anybody can overpower Shin in melee and Ultima is no exception. His beam is also rather strong, but Shin's durability should help him tough it out somewhat. Ultima, on the other hand, isn't as impressive in that department weaker kaiju like Manda able to hurt him. Shin's one major edge is his firepower here. That actually might be the reason Shin wins this fight... :shingodzillapurple: vs. :terrestris:

Ultima doesn't exhaust himself when using his beam. Shin does, and while he's slightly better at energy management in the climax, he still runs out of juice pretty damn fast. So if Ultima can withstand the laser light show and be alive when Shin goes into a coma or is rendered helpless, he basically wins by default.

So basically every single Shin match ever.

Ultima's quite passable at melee combat if the final battle is to go by. That kinda guarantees a win in my eyes.
