Verdict:
Big O is a much better fighter in terms of melee and speed. Iron Giant has the more lethal weapons, meant for complete disintegration rather than simple destructive force. For that reason, Iron Giant can likely damage Big O's own weapons. However, not only is Roger smart enough to be careful when it comes to the enemy's guns, but Big O itself has a shield that also works as a powerful weapon that'll faster than Iron Giant's cannon. For that reason (and the fact the first form is pretty much useless in this fight), Big O wins in my book.

Big O can’t kill Iron Giant, but he can definitely scatter it so hard and far that it counts as a win, which is definitely what will happen here given how potent Big O’s weapons are and how well he’ll be able to withstand Iron Giant’s weapons except for the biggest stuff.
