Rules: Megatron's head and Ghidorah's skull are on opposite ends of the city in separate facilities, and both combatants are aware of the locations. Victory can be achieved through annihilation or destruction of the controlling influences (Megatron, Ghidorah). 4 KSI Drones are present as backup/fodder. Scaled.

Verdict: Battle of the supervillains with eerily similar origins! Given the alternative conditions for victory, it's possible that Galvatron can send his KSI drones to hunt down Ghidorah's skull and destroy it, thus shutting down MechaGodzilla. While I don't think Galvatron could defeat MechaGodzilla, I think his fighting skill and nanite-based reformation abilities could keep him in the fight long enough for his minions to carry out their mission. However if MechaGodzilla destroys the drones, Galvatron will have to either destroy Ghidorah's skull himself, or face MechaGodzilla head-on. I can't see him coming out on top in eithee unless he transforms and floors it to the Ghidorah facility in truck mode. Giving it to MechaGodzilla.

Given how the drones would explode from Mechagodzilla hitting them with anything, and Ghidorah is smart enough to realize when something is beelining towards its skull, this is going to become Mechagodzilla vs Galvatron quickly. And that fight does not favor Galvatron in the slightest, even if he did turn into the truck and rush towards Ghidorah’s skull, guess what, Mechagodzilla has multiple ranged weapons that would turn Galvatron into scrap metal.
