Verdict:
Scott Lang is likely able to match the Predator though the Predator's ability to track shouldn't be hindered by the size manipulation, protecting his reflexes. His Plasmacaster could likely make for good protection from getting touched by the discs while his strength can protect him from whatever Scott throws at him. His weapons aren't likely to go unfazed besides his wrist blades and the helmet. It's when Scott goes big that things get ugly considering the guys he went up against in that form (the self-destruct device should help since he has no problem just using it as a typical weapon). It'll be a hard fight, but I'm pretty sure Scott will win.

If the Queen curbstomped Scar as quickly as she did, then Scott will waste him.
