Rules: Iris is connected to Ayana. Nemesis is at her condition at the beginning of "Project Maigo". Nemesis can't go into her final winged form.
Verdict: I haven't read the Nemesis novels in a while, or seen Gamera 3 that recently either, but from what I can recollect, I believe Nemesis would win this. If Iris tries to puncture Nemesis' body or fire beams at her, then that should cause the Greek Kaiju hybrid's orange 'sacs' to rupture. That will damage Iris up close. Then I see Nemesis dominating Iris in close quarters combat. She seems much better a melee combatant than Iris showed. Nemesis wins.

If Iris used its sonic scalpels it would probably win, but what’s more likely to happen is Iris blowing itself up by puncturing the explosive sacs as Nemesis claws at Iris rabidly. Iris’ main issue is that it’s not a super aggressive fighter, and against something as swift and lethal as Nemesis that’s real bad.
