Verdict: I'm torn on this one because this is a battle between two Predators who share the same massive weakness: overconfidence. However, despite the wider array of weapons and gear, Berserker is definitely far more prideful and overconfident even by Predator standards, which may lend Celtic an edge here in this fight.

Berserker takes this because of his rapid fire plasma cannon. Celtic Predator is a worthy opponent and vicious brawler. He clearly was winning against the Xenomorph and would have continued in that way into an outright victory if he didn't get cocky and literally just idly dilly dally around. Despite this I don't see how he is going to win against someone throwing plasma bolts constantly at him. Unless Berserker gets cocky himself which seems to be a problem with Predators. Then it will be more even but even if Celtic manages to gain the edge than Berserker is just going to plasma again.
