Verdict: Both are the most powerful of their kind, and are going to let everything they have out when they wage war. Dumbledore is extremely skilled in all forms of magic, while Yoda is quick and agile on his feet and equally as skilled with his lightsaber. But there is one solitary advantage that gives this match to Yoda in the end: The Force. Anything Dumbledore throws at him will either be forced away or grabbed and thrown right back, as seen with Yoda's fight against Palpatine. Dumbledore will definitely start out strong, but it won't take long before Yoda leaps his way in close and disarms him.

Easy win for Yoda. Dumbledore has no counter to The Force and Yoda is absurdly agile. Dumbledore will probably get off one spell tops before Yoda force pushes him to the ground and blitzes him with his Lightsaber.

Not at all. Wizard fights in the movies tend to be little more than priori incantatem (when the spells between wands lock in a beam fight). In the books, priori incantatem is a rare manifestation that only occurs when the dueling wands share the same core, from the same animal. So wizard fights in the books get a whole lot more inventive.

In the book, when Dumbledore and Voldemort fight, Voldemort was a lot more aggressive. He was throwing (unblockable) killing curses often and would teleport around in an attempt to surprise Dumbledore, which the old man was able to avoid with his own teleportations. Dumbledore enchanted five giant statues to aid him (a trick he would be able to repeat against Yoda, since this is the same battlefield), and utilized Fawkes the phoenix in combat. Dumbledore utilized nonlethal spells against Voldemort, attempting to capture or knock him out.

If this is movie Dumbledore, then yes, Yoda wins fairly easily. Movie Dumbledore has no mobility and relies almost entirely on priori incantatem or blocking attacks.

If this is book Dumbledore, Yoda literally cannot touch him. Book Dumbledore abuses teleportation to avoid attacks, and no amount of force pushing can lock him down. Against a melee focused opponent like Yoda, he dominates, and the spells he used to capture Voldemort can't be broken with physical force. Voldemort only managed to counter Dumbledore's nonlethals with teleportation of his own, or by transfiguring his conjurations. Couple that with Dumbledore's penchant for summoning allies in case things go awry, and Yoda's put at a severe disadvantage.

Yoda can't even beat book Dumbledore by attempting the trick he pulled on Asajj Ventress, because in the books, wandless magic is a thing, which Dumbledore was trained in.

In short, yes, whether or not this is book or movie Dumbledore REALLY matters.

Dumbledore has a basically unlimited supply of options, while Yoda only has a small handful. The lightsaber is Yoda's best option by far, and Dumbledore has several ways to disable it. He could just transfigure it into a flower or something, and then the fight is over.

Yoda really has this.

Even if Dumbledore thought to transfigure, that totally depends on how he plays and since this is movie Dumbledore, he'll go for some form of offensive spell which Yoda can dodge. Not to mention the Force can just yank him straight into lightsaber range before he can even react.

Really, they'd just sit down and settle it over sherbet lemons and frogs.
