Rules:

2. Monster X can transform if need be.

Arena: Ruined Tokyo (FW)

Kong had enough of bullying the PR kaiju, so he went to bully Monster X. Monster X is insanely durable, and his eye bolts are going to hurt if they land on Kong, but Kong vastly eclipses him in fighting skill and intelligence, and I see the fight going down the same way FW Godzilla vs X did. If Kong can beat X into unconsciousness, I'd say he has a pretty good chance...

I'm siding with Kong for the following reasons:

Both have comparable levels of strength, but Kong is the superior fighter (by a very large degree). Monster X is far more durable and would eventually win this after a very long, dragged-out fight. However, Kong's MV Godzilla-piercing-axe is in play, and while I don't know if it can absorb MV's gravity bolts (more on those in a moment), it still poses an existential threat to MX -- a threat Kong will capitalize on.

Monster X's bolts are dangerous enough to give Kong a seriously bad day. Fortunately, Kong is smart and agile enough to evade them and force Monster X to engage in a close-quarters fight for the remainder of this battle. It's there Kong is king and will eventually claim victory.

I’m actually going to side with Monster X, for one very important reason.

Keizer Ghidorah.

Monster X will be outclassed in terms of fighting ability and due to Kong’s axe, but the Destroyed Thunder Beams will at least deal quite a bit of damage but nothing that Kong can’t handle. Kong will overwhelm Monster X in melee which will prompt the transformation into Keizer, which only takes a few seconds. Monster X would just need to blast Kong back with his Destroyed Thunder Beams point blank to gain the breathing room needed for this, at which point Kong is helpless.

If he blocks the Antigravity Beams with his axe, guess what, Keizer either yeets the axe away with his gravity control powers or uses it against Kong. At which point Keizer hurls Kong through every structure still standing until he can barely move, stomps and kicks the battered monkey with legs strong enough to launch FW Godzilla with ease, and then drains all the life out of him.

Monster X was getting overwhelmed by Godzilla in melee, and all he did was lay there on the ground getting punched in the face for 10 minutes. He never used his beams to get Godzilla off of him, so what makes you think it would be any different for Kong?

And quite frankly, transforming into Keizer Ghidorah would be about the worst option for MX. He loses all his mobility and melee capability in favor of beam spam. That's all well and good against most opponents, but not MV Kong. Kong showed he knows how to get away from beams in a city. And Keizer's necks are proven weak spots. Kong will outmaneuver Keizer and lop off his heads.

Nonsense, there's still tons of large buildings around. KG put Godzilla through like half a dozen of them in just a few seconds.

Yeah, there are plenty of buildings for Kong to use. Monster X's only advantage is going Keizer and even then, the question here is the ax's capibilites. Cause if it can absorb the Gravity Beams, then Monster X has NO real out.

Kong is gonna put up one heck of a fight, and if it was just Monster X, i would've given him victory.. but Keiser Ghidorah is just too tough of a brick to cut even with his axe and once he's tired out the dragon's either gonna stomp him to death or just siphon his energy.
