The fact that the two Ultras have a combo-beam that can erase a monster creeping up on G-Earth’s height and weighs a million tons already gives them a strong leaning from me.
That aside, the two Ultras are much more agile than either of SpaceG’s canon enemies and they both have highly varied and deadly arsenals. The Corona Beams would hurt like hell, but that might just prompt the Ultras to bust out the crazier powers they only used once in their own series (even when they would have been really helpful other times).

With color timers? No f'n way they're taking SpaceGodzilla down. You could throw Gaia and Agul in here as well and it'd be the same thing. You're not taking a powerhouse like SpaceGodzilla down in less than a handful of minutes.
