Verdict
This battle could go either way. Imit-Belial has enough power to match the original, but lacks his intelligence, which could let him play into any trap that Ghidorah sets up and secure a win for the Golden Demise.

Think clone Belials speed and far better arsenal of powers are gonna end up killing Ghidorah before he can really do anything.

What's Belial's best destructive feat? With regeneration Ghidorah is gonna be hard to put down and with his energy drain he can win a war of attrition even if Belial has better stats elsewhere.

Both seem OP but King Ghidorah looks to be overall more dangerous in tooth and claw combat.
