Godzilla is 9 feet tall. No Awakening feats applicable.
Verdict: Through a tough battle I say Godzilla wins. X's levitating beams will be rather aggrivating but the alien I think has nothing deadly on him against the king of the monsters. Godzilla grabs ahold of X and its game over for the alien. He'll thrash him bad & worse if Godzilla decides to pull out something like the kiss of death. At best X retreats.

Controller X is faster, but Godzilla has the strength and durability to outmatch him in melee. I'd say a direct hit from Godzilla's tail could very well cripple X, giving the former enough time to finish him off.
