Kong gets shredded. Ultraman's limit will make him leave after three minutes. The only way he wins is if he uses the Ultra Cutter from the start and aims for Goji and Gammy's heads. Now it's just a Godzilla vs Gamera fight. Godzilla wins to me due to Gamera being nearly killed by a nuke (sorry if I'm wrong, haven't AoL in a while) while Goji tanked one. Goji's physical ability will also help Godzilla beat Gamera.

There’s certainly specific characters in the Ultra series that are immensely powerful, and the Ultras do have specific feats that are absurd, like the Ultra Brothers (which includes Ultraman) in Ultraman Mebius being able to tear away large swathes of a dark material off the surface of the sun with their beams. However, the immensely powerful characters are usually monsters that are the final bosses of series or the villains of movies which take place after the series, or are the final mega-busted forms of Ultras to deal with said foes. And those absurd feats are clear outliers, given how Ultras still struggle to beat foes that are around the level of mid-tier Godzilla kaiju, like Godzilla Awakening having MV Godzilla survive the Permian Extinction asteroid directly despite MV kaiju being consistently aggravated and stung by military weaponry. The Ultra series is, as a whole, rather in line with Toho and the MV in terms of power.

Anyway, Godzilla should win this one, though Gamera could seize a win if he’s smart and/or uses one of his two ultimate moves.
