Arena: An open field

Rules:
Gokaigers have access to all Gokai Changes they use in their respective show, Gokai Galleon Buster, and whatever weapons they've shown to have in their series. Gokai Galleon, their various mechas, and their Gokai Galleon based forms are not allowed.
Only feats from their respective series are allowed for Decade and the Gokaigers.
Decade only has access to all Kamen Rider forms he uses in his show, and does not have access to Complete Form.
NO CROSSOVER FEATS are allowed.

Verdict:
Abstaining, in general Kamen Riders are a lot more powerful and have skillsets that are much more useful, such as Kabuto's Clock Up, and in general are a lot more powerful than the typical Super Sentai member, but the Gokaigers aren't your typical Sentai, having access to all the powers from Gorenger to Goseiger, which allows them a lot more versatility than I gave Decade.
