Verdict:
I imagine being able to fly would mean being able to slip out of Oodako's grip and find a way to attack. The question is if the Condor is strong enough to pull it off. Comparing the two's fighting abilities, the answer is likely no. Condor was more of a pest than a threat to Godzilla since it didn't take long to yank him off then shoot him down. Oodako actually did put up a fight with King Kong before getting thrown away thanks to its strength... strength the poor birdie just can't compete with. I'll go with the seafood.

Oh no, I meant the expression "weak" than physically weak.

If the alternative ending of Frankenstein vs Baragon is to be taken into consideration, Oodako has actually defeated another monster. By dragging it into the sea and drowning it, at that. The giant condor is going to be extremely vulnerable to that sort of tactic.

Frankenstein was barely able to escape the grip of Oodako the first time, so I doubt the Condor will be able to. Talons and a sharp beak will have no effect as the bird is dragged to the sea bottom and drowns.

I think an argument could be made for the condor defeating Kroiger/Black Moth.

This is actually pretty one sided. The Octopus at least was shown to have no problems at all against Frankenstein and even gave Kong a bit of trouble. The condor has no chance.
