Carnosaur 2 is literally just "Aliens" with dinosaurs, I mean it's incredible how much some scenes are blatantly copied to the letter.

Huh. I forgot this remake even existed, to be honest I thought I imagined it.

Honestly I think the film with Will Ferrel get too much flack. Anything that ends with the line, "Matt Lauer can suck it." isn't all that bad.

I thought the Land of The Lost movie with Will Ferrell was good as well.

Leonard Nimoy was a voice of a Sleestak, for one thing.

and he's getting a third one for Netflix. http://www.cbsnews.com/news/netflix-cap ... -for-2016/

I remember liking the early 2000's Kong cartoon, and even its movies other than the one where the characters kept singing.
But then, any show with David Kaye as the main villain and dinosaurs/monsters is a win for me,

It is, TPC did the effects for both and got some more mileage out of the Rex.

'Return of the Dinosaurs' and 'Attack of the Super Monsters' are quite... well, somewhere along the same quality as Sandy Frank mashups. I recall Mill Creek having Super Monsters in their library but they haven't released it yet.

Some Korean dinosaur movies from Shim Hyung-rae (Yongary, D-war) have found their way to Youtube at last.

It is very very weird. All the sets and monsters and stuff are live action but all the human characters are animated.

Young Gu and Dinosaur Zuzu looks creepy as hell with an adult playing what I'm quite sure is supposed to be a child character.

I don't know a lot about it, but from what I've researched Young Gu is supposed to be a childish-adult character that has several comical movies centered around him. Dinosaur Zuzu is just another entry in that series. It appears Gu has went up against Dracula, Bat people, and ghosts, so it's no wonder why there's a movie where he goes up against a giant monster. And considering the director, it makes sense why the monster looks very similar to Yongary.
Not really my kind of humor, but I'm always appreciative of a tokusatsu dinosaur movie.

While At The Earth's Core has already been released to Blu-ray from Kino video, The land That Time Forgot hasn't. But that will soon change as it did for At The Earth's Core, yet again by Kino!
The buyers have spoken and "Mr Allosaurus" is pleased. Therefore, here is the tentative front art (awaiting approval) for a upcoming Kino release me and Mr Allosaurus recommended that should be out in June, extras include an audio commentary by Kevin Connor moderated by director Brian Trenchard Smith, with a reverse art on the back of the sleeve
