Plot: In an alternate universe where the Showa Aliens conquer Earth, they reign supreme. But one day, a colossal life form in picked up by radars and is identified as a member of the Ghidorah species. But this one is much larger, and deadlier than the previous Ghidorah. And he arrives with one goal, destroying life in the galaxy. Will the alien enforcers repel this demon? Or will they succumb to the immense power of the beast?

Location: Sydney, Australia
Plot: The humans efforts to try and kill both Godzilla & Ghidorah with their new super weapon the Oxygen Destroyer backfired horribly, as not only have they perhaps slain their "protector" and left Ghidorah to claim rule over the world but laid the foundation for an evil just as fearsome as the intergalactic alpha but with an even more chaotic soul. As Ghidorah prepares to lay a fortress for itself while its Titans lay siege to the world, an accelerated mutation born of that very weapon cause a new nightmare to emerge that becomes drawn to Ghidorah. Ghidorah soon comes face to face with the living embodiment of the Oxygen Destroyer in Destoroyah as it challenges Ghidorah for control of the world and the vile titan of the stars eagerly accepts this challenge. The battle between evil and evil has began, and regardless of the winner the world at large seems doomed.

Plot: NASA picks up a mysterious message from an alien species known as the Mysterians, who's homeworld is being ravaged by a jellyfish-like monster named Dogora, and is calling for an assist now that it's own weapons have failed against it. The United Nations send out Moguera to get their, and the pilots go up against the Celestial Being. However, they notice how... clingy these Mysterians really are to their robot, who ironically is nigh similar to their own mecha-unit, and things begin to unravel that they may not be as nice as they seem...

Location: The Amazon Rainforest
Plot: A being who lives to destroy & feed off nature meets one who brings balance to it. Desghidorah arrives and aims to consume everything within this natural ecosystem but its destructive feast is cut off by the arrival of a true Titan as Behemoth comes and readies to lock horns with the three headed menace.

Plot: Desperate to create an anti-kaiju weapon like those wielded by Japan, the American government commissions the carcass of Zilla to be outfitted with cutting-edge technology to turn him into a cyborg defender. Cyber-Godzilla ends up being field tested when a menacing alien arises, forged from the DNA of a myriad of animals.
Alternate Plot: The Leviathan aliens are intrigued by the technology responsible for the Gryphon’s existence, so they deploy Cyber-Godzilla to retrieve the Bioengineered Destroyer

Battra vs. Gaira vs. Mothra (Heisei) & Sanda
Location: Osaka, Japan
Plot: Gaira is one more on the hunt, looking for some tasty humans to consume, but its destructive path to Osaka leads to the Earth's destructive guardian answering the call as Battra comes to combat Gaira. Not for the benefit of mankind, as evident by its almost deliberate causality heavy "protective" attack on Gaira but simply to eliminate a threat to mother Earth. Their battle however soon attracts attention, as the Earth's more gentle guardian Mothra and the human conscious sibling of Gaira Sanda arrive with the aim to put a stop to the fighting. Though this only causes things to escalates as an all out battle royal soon follows; one that may test just indeed where each monster's loyalty truly lies as the outcome is impossible to call.

Location: Forests of Japan
Plot: While hunting for helpless humans in the forests of Japan, Gaira encounters something more intriguing. The half-eaten corpse of a dinosaur. As Gaira sits down to eat it, he is ambushed by a certain giant mantis.

Arena: Tokyo
Plot: The events of Godzilla 2000 and Gamera 3 collide when an ancient alien ship is unearthed at the same time as Gyaos attacks are on the rise. The Millenian draws the attention of Gamera, who in turn attracts Ayana and Iris and turns the metropolis of Tokyo into a free for all.

Until the god of darkness rises to destroy them for their hubris, seeing their creation of life as a blasphemy that deserves desolation.

Plot: The Garogan plans of conquest have a massive wrench thrown into them when a meteor crashes into their space station, nearly ripping through and destroying it. Just when it seems this can not get any worse for the armada, they soon realize that meteor wasn’t actually a meteor when it gets up and starts walking.

Arena: Vortaak Homeworld
Plot: After having retreated to their home to lick their wounds after being driven away from Earth, the Vortaak prepare for their next invasion of Earth. They have found an odd yet powerful creature on a nearby world, and when a Legion Queen descends from the sky, the Vortaak see the perfect opportunity to test their newest beast of war.

It's been only a couple years since Godzilla melted down and had his final battle against Destoroyah, and Junior has been in depression ever since, never regaining his once mighty spirit. Meanwhile in space, Mothra finally encounters the meteorite that was destined to hit Earth and destroys it... but realizes that it was truly only a capsule for the ancient demon dragon: Desghidorah! After a mighty fight, she is beaten into submission, and the extraterrestrial makes a bee line for Earth, ready to finish what he started all those years ago. Destroying city after city, he seems unstoppable. Unbeknownst to him, however, his carnage awakens ancient kaiju from a bygone era, yet none are powerful enough to beat him by himself. They need a leader. And that leader ends up being Junior, although he certainly doesn't feel ready for such a big role. Thankfully, the returning Mothra, and another ancient, golden deity becomes his masters to prepare for the great war. Now all that is left is to face their fears and lead the ragtag group of monsters, including a second Rodan, two modern mutations, a parasitic beast from a bygone age, and another juvenile kaiju who too is the last of his kind, who also ends up forming a brotherly bond with Junior.
