Godzilla (Heisei) vs. Bagan: Round 2

Location: an alternate dimension. For some weird sense of what it looks like, imaginine a zone from Sonic the Hedgehog, with a neon purple sky, planetoids with every color imaginable, and asteroids shaped like rings. A black hole should be somewhere in the banner.

Bagan is also using his SNES skin for this match, not his Studio Tour version.

When will this be ready, the first one is probably the best match ever
