Spoiler:
Sequel to Match 215: Dogora vs. Colossal Titan
The massive carapace of crystals moved through the cosmos at near light speed. What could have easily been mistaken for a mere comet from a far distance was what most knew was one of the most feared kaiju around.
Godzilla’s cosmic clone. The revered crystal menace. On the many planets and civilizations he raided and destroyed, he gained many names and titles. But on Earth, he wore the simple name of SpaceGodzilla.. And he was on a mission today.
It was nothing anyone on the blue planet knew about, but SpaceGodzilla always made sure to keep tabs on the planet. He kept himself up to date on events going on worldwide, human and kaiju related alike. Tiny crystals he had planted on his first invasion of Earth many years ago, the energy they radiated constantly tracking the essence of the many lifeforms the globe called home. Most of the time, he used it to formulate the perfect time to attack, or at the very least, think of when to attack. He was an intelligent lifeform after all.
And lately, they became more useful to him than ever.
SpaceGodzilla was perhaps one of the first alien beings to know that the Earth had been thrown into turmoil. Another extraterrestrial lifeform had invaded the planet, but one much different from himself. An eldritch abomination that could grow indefinitely in size, multiple tentacles constantly waving around in order to catch and absorb any and everything that was unfortunate enough to get stuck in its way. Glowing a constant eerie, blue hue that signified death and destruction of its many victims and prey. The dreaded Celestial Being.
Dogora.
SpaceGodzilla shuddered at the name. Nasty things those cosmic horrors were. He hated to admit it, but he strayed as far away as he could from the jellyfish-like creatures, not willing to push his luck with them and risk becoming food, or wind up just causing them to multiply via attacking them to begin with. And the powers of Dogora became all the more apparent when it came to Earth and had slain one of its greatest protectors: Mothra Leo. In all honesty, SpaceGodzilla couldn't care less that the Guardian Moth lineage was gone, but with Leo having accidentally caused Dogora to multiply into two before his death, the clone of Godzilla had quickly realized whatever plans he had for takeover were foiled. Earth’s other monsters ran away from Dogora or got killed, and Godzilla himself just seemed to disappear entirely. Still, SpaceGodzilla decided to wait it out. Maybe he'd rule over anyone still lucky to live after Dogora turned the rest of the Earth to rubble.
That scenario would never happen, however. For SpaceGodzilla found out that the two Dogora's had been slain.
And the culprit was NOT who he was expecting. The crystal beast found himself shocked to learn that both Dogora's had been slain by a human… but not just any human it seemed. This human reading was rather odd, and as it turned out, he was hiding a rather big secret. Kubal was known as a Titan-Shifter, from a world parallel to this universe's own. Coming to this dimension via some bizarre circumstance, Kubal was immediately put forth to stop the threat, using what was the strongest thing at his disposal. With a single bite of the hand, the man turned himself into a hulking, 150 meter tall mass of pure heat and muscle. The strongest and most deadly being of his timeline.
The Colossal Titan.
With a body that constantly released extreme heat, not even the acidic body of Dogora was a match for it. Killing both of the alien beings back to back, Kubal quickly grew to hero status among humanity, and seemingly grew to become a concern to the kaiju on Earth.. And given what happened next, for a good reason.
Kubal had proven to be a tyrant, and yet one that quickly climbed up the ranks and wound up being the top military leader in Japan. Gathering up a team of top scientists, he sought a way to kill every monster in the world, for he thought of them as a plague. And using the DNA of Frankenstein, Sanda and Gaira, he eventually found a way: the recreation of the Titans. Innocent people turned into cannibalistic monsters against their will, the Earth had reached a point of it nearly becoming the apocalypse. Kaiju and Titans fought for dominance, all the while Kubal continued his ruthless onslaught on every monster that came in his way. SpaceGodzilla wasn’t exactly aware of the whole story of course, but the crystals had given him enough knowledge to keep him up to date. Already, he could sense the planet he sought to conquer being forced under the Titans’ rule.
And THAT was where the rage breaking point was struck.
It was one thing that he almost let the globe go to waste because of the Dogora invasion, but now the planet was near the point of being overtaken by HUMANS? This weak, pathetic insect dared to try and make mankind become the dominant life form of this planet!? It mattered not that he could become his own kaiju, this fool had no right to believe that he could rule this world with an iron fist. And with other kaiju deceased, or simply too cowardly to take on Kubal, he would be the one to do it. And afterwards, the planet would finally be his to rule..
He had finally reached Earth and breached its atmosphere, and it wasn't a coincidence that he was beginning to strike down not too far from where Kubal currently was located. The rocky landscape of South America, near the famous Aconcagua mountains. Already he could spot the giant, naked humans constantly trying to scout for food. Disgusted by them, he wiped them out instantly while beginning to form his new crystal fortress. Crystals rose from the ground, cutting right through the Titan’s napes like butter, eyes suddenly going dark before they began to crumble into dust entirely. Any of them lucky enough to survive would’ve seen the extraterrestrial finally making touchdown, leaving his flying form as he legs once again began to form. Massive legs slammed down like tree trunks that upshot the entire ground, dirt and roots shooting up as SpaceGodzilla roared out his signature, eagle-like call.
It was a call for battle. And he knew that Kubal wouldn’t resist.
